We just received this pic from Haiti Michelle our friends that is in Haiti took this pic. THANK YOU she said she looked so healthy and that she was all smiles until she took out her camera and then she started to cry. At least I know she has not changed she hates the camera when we were there in Oct. This makes me so happy. I live for pics.

Not in Haiti

Not in Haiti. that all i can keep thinking about that we are not in Haiti. The parent group left yesterday and here i sit in Utah wishing i was in Haiti. That is kind of ironic wanting to be in a third world country. Well at least the orphanage is getting some needed items. and some of the children get to have an amazing week with mom and dad and Z is getting big hugs from us and we sent her a few little things. I hope all the parents got there safe and have a wonderful week with their children. We love you Z and miss you so much we hope you will be home real soon

I just wanted to say that my heart go out to the Gordon family There beautiful little daughter passed away a week ago.

I am glad i go to know her.

CHILD WHISPERER

We received some pictures from Lori that we have not seen from the last trip and she is smiling.

There is a story why she is smiling in this picture. Lori is married to the "child whisperer" Z just loved him(as did all the kids) and he got her to smile. Thank you Brent for making her smile at the camera. Now we have a great photo that shows her personality.

44th President

Today is a very historic day. I am so happy . Barack Obama will become the President of The United States of America. I know i am not telling any of you anything that you do not already know I just wanted to pay my respects to our new President.

I know that we all do not agree in the subject of politics so i will not say much just now there is HOPE for all in this country

MOI, they have to prepare the file (they have to get a mayor signature) and then
They can submit your file to MOI. I am hoping when I am in Haiti I can find out
About how long MOI is taking at this time. I have had it take anywhere from 3
Months to 5 months, but I just had a file come out the other day and it was
3 months, I am hoping it is that or sooner!! Once you are out of MOI, then it
Is USCIS review and approval, then VISA appointment and pick up.
I will keep you posted. I am working on a visa packet for Hope for the Little
Angels orphanage and will get it to you when I have it completed, then you
Will have all the forms you need for the embassy appointment.

What a great suprise

I just found this old memory card with some pictures of a cruise we went on to Mexico a few years ago. It was a great time except that i got the flu and i was very sick and spent alot of time sleeping but other thatn that we had a great time.

Renting a movie is not like it use to be...........

So we went to rent some movies last night.. We rent movies on a regular basis like to or three times a week (we have a pass) and so all the employee know who we are and last night there was guy who we did not know but he was from another store. anyways.... we were checking out and he started to play "movie trivia" and he asked "What was Olivia John's first movie?" we thought about it and said "Zanidu?" ans before we could finish du he said "NO" grease OK we said that make and then he asked "What was Tom Cruise's first movie?" and i said without hesitation The outsiders and he said or should I say shouted "TOM CRUISE IS NOT IN THE OUTSIDERS" and i said" yes he is" and he said " no he is not" and i told him that I once has a bet with a friend and I won 10 bucks because I was right. And he said " no he he not but anyways his first movie was Taps" and at that point i walked off and came home and i looked it up and i WAS right. and by the way VIDEO MOVIE RENTER GUY Tom Cruise's first movie was not taps it was endless love so put that in your pipe and smoke it.

BARNEY ASTON

We got a new puppy Barney. As many of you know that we had a dog die and our other dog has had a hard time with it so now we have barney. But the thing is , is that Britta does not like him that much. He is really cute and he is actually preparing us for our new arrival(if that ever happens) we have had no not one bit of info on Z so we are getting discouraged again. With this trip that is planned and we are not ale to go and see her because of the money (blasted money) it makes it all the more frustrating. Sorry i kind of trailed off. This holiday season was very hard without Z and i know this is the hard part just wait ting but we have been waiting for a long time already and i really do not see any end in site. Anyways..... Barney (i thought ) would be a great distraction no.... he is a constant reminder of how we are missing our child and how badly we want to to parents.

Well look at me my first real post of the new year and i have said a mouthfull.

We are back in business we got our new computer and so maybe i will post more. our new year was great our Christmas was great. I am still catching up on all of our emails.
